Graphics/Scans - Please convert all final images to CMYK format to avoid additional charges. Make sure the final output resolution is as close to 300-350 dpi as possible. Remember that if you scale a photo in Quark to 50% size, the output resolution doubles.

File Compression - Compressing Files can be an effective way to reduce file size. This is especially important when sending the file via modem. We recommend using a program that has a self-extracting option. In this mode, the file can be accessed without having the application program. Mac users can Download Stuffit Deluxe.
